The LG 47LM4700 LED LCD Cinema 3D TV & Sound Bar is a thin-screen Full HD 1080p TV that comes with a sound bar for enhanced audio. The 47" TV is capable of delivering an immersive 3D experience to viewers. Four pairs of light-weight 3D glasses are included. The TV can also stream photos, music and video from your home network or play them directly from a USB memory device.

Sound Bar Included
Supplement the TV's built-in stereo (2 x 10-Watt) speakers with the supplied 40W sound bar that attaches to the TV using the included optical cable. There's even an included wall mount for attaching the sound bar to the wall if you choose to hang it.

Decent Picture - Poor Human Interface April 2, 2013

After turning various "features" on and off and tweaking the picture quality is decent.  However the setup menu is lacking.  For example, the unit ships with an LG sound bar the the manufacturer chose not to integrate the TV volume control to work with. So now you need a small remote just to adjust the volume.  You can only set the TV speakers On or Off with no control over the external digital output.  Dumb!  My 10 yr old Samsung had this provision.  It also could move the screen in almost inpreceivable increments to prevent screen burn-in.  LG does not think this is important. The 2D to 3D conversion is interesting, but the novelty wears out quickly.  But the most annoying, with drop of price LG saw fit to drop the labor warranty to 90 days instead of the original 1 year.  Parts are still a year.
