The white glove service was excellent not withstanding the 3 weeks I waited for the delivery of the TV and numerous phone calls amid incorrect shipping info.. The delivery guys were great . It has taken me a while to understand all the bells and whistles but I must say the TV is really excellent although fitting the stand was a nightmare due to mismatch of holes ( Someone in an AVS forum has complained of the same thing ) . Some people at LG in Mexico never learn. Fling a complaint to LG is like whistling in the dark. That's right - all talk and no action. Has anyone noticed that there is no diagram anywhere not even on the net of the back panel where the two HDMI plugs are for connecting the set-up box. Good luck to the guys who fit the TV to the wall. Looking at the 2014 videos is of no help . I wish LG would update the videos. But the TV is not just a smart TV it is too smart. As I said in the review title-- " Worth every penny "
