Enjoy wireless audio streaming and object-based, multi-channel audio
with the Onkyo TX-NR575 7.2-Channel Network A/V Receiver. The receiver
features Dolby Atmos and DTS:X compatibility for object-based audio
support. It delivers up to 80W per channel at 8 Ohms for robust audio
playback. Built-in AirPlay and Bluetooth connectivity allow you to
wirelessly stream music from compatible audio sources such as computers,
MP3 players, smartphones, and tablets. Onboard Wi-Fi and Ethernet
connectivity give you the ability to stream music from Internet radio
The Onkyo TX-NR575 has six HDMI inputs for interfacing
audio and video sources, including support 3D and 4K video sources.
There's also a USB port on the rear panel for attaching a USB drive. The
free Onkyo Controller app will allow you to control your receiver from a
smartphone or tablet. Built-in high-resolution audio support allows you
to take advantage of dynamic surround sound formats like DTS-HD Master
Audio and Dolby TrueHD.
Note: Not all services are available in
all areas. Access to certain Internet-based content may require a
subscription to a service.
Dynamic Audio Amplification
Onkyo's dynamic audio amplification delivers power at 170W/Ch (6 Ohms, 1
kHz, 0.9% THD, 1-channel driven)/ 80W/Ch (8 Ohms, 20 Hz to 20 kHz,
0.08% THD, 2-channels driven).
Smooth Analog Signal
developed Vector Linear Shaping Circuitry (VLSC) to reassemble the
audio signal to its original form following processing. Unlike
conventional filters, VLSC removes pulse noise generated in D/A
conversion, allowing the sound wave to be reproduced with high fidelity
for a smooth analog signal.
Powered Zone 2 and Zone 2 Line Outs
Powered Zone 2 speaker outputs let you send amplified network or
analog audio sources to a pair of speakers in another room. Line outputs
can connect your home theater network and analog audio sources to a
separate hi-fi system. Control playback using the Onkyo Controller app.
Supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X Playback
Object-based soundtracks allow independently mixed sound to play
through any speaker in your system. Effects move all around as they do
in real life, so you experience 5.2.2-channel Dolby Atmos or DTS:X
formats as the director intended. DTS Neural:X is designed to identify
spatial effects in multichannel soundtracks and upmix them for 3D
playback, while DTS:X offers independent dialog volume control for
movies. Dolby Surround is also included to upmix legacy multichannel
formats for playback in a Dolby Atmos-enabled environment.
Enjoy Chromecast built-in with a Future Firmware Update
Chromecast built-in allows you to stream music from your compatible
smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer to the receiver wirelessly.
Control playback with Chromecast-enabled apps you know from your
compatible iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, or Chromebook device. Chromecast
built-in is scheduled to be made available with a future firmware
Stream Nearly Anything with DTS Play-Fi, Available with a Future Firmware Update
DTS Play-Fi is a wireless protocol that is designed to work with any
audio app on mobile devices and computers. Stream whatever's playing to
the receiver, even different sources to different components at the
same time. DTS Play-Fi is scheduled to be made available with a future
Supports 4K HDR and BT.2020 Video Pass-Through
Connect up to six sources to the receiver's HDCP 2.2-compliant HDMI
inputs. The terminals support pass-through of 4K/60 Hz video, 4K HDR in
HDR10 format, and the BT.2020 4K video standard. Dolby Vision HDR
compatibility is scheduled to be made available with a future firmware
Wi-Fi, AirPlay, Spotify, and Bluetooth
2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi helps ensure stable connectivity so you can enjoy
smooth streaming over AirPlay, the Spotify app, and the local network.
Bluetooth wireless technology also provides quick and simple wireless
streaming from your choice of music application.
Internet Radio and Streaming Services
TIDAL, Deezer, Pandora, and TuneIn are built into the GUI, making it
easy to select from a range of music and radio programs using the Onkyo
384 kHz/32-Bit DAC
digital-to-analog converter from Asahi Kasei implements low-distortion
filtering technologies for clear sound for nearly any audio format,
including compressed, lossless, and hi-res audio.
AccuEQ with AccuReflex
AccuEQ conducts two measurements to set the level, distance, and
crossover for all speakers, including the subwoofer. Choose to include
or bypass EQ measurement for front left and right speakers, and choose
to automatically or manually set the EQ. Further, you can save your own
manual EQ settings into three available presets. AccuReflex technology
aligns the phase of up-firing "height" speakers with the sound coming
directly from your other speakers. Any delay is resolved so that
everything arrives at your ears at the same time. The result is cohesive
reproduction of object-based soundtracks.
FireConnect Multi-Room Audio, Available with a Future Firmware Update
A firmware update will enable FireConnect to mirror network audio,
analog, Bluetooth, and USB sources connected to the receiver and allow
distribution to compatible speakers and components in other rooms. Music
selection, speaker grouping, and playback management across the home
are built into the Onkyo Controller app for iOS and Android.
