Here at East Coast TVs we take pride in quality customer service. We only carry and sell brand new, factory sealed items. These items all have a full and valid manufacturer's warranty. We work with each and every customer to ensure complete satisfaction. Therefore, our returns & replacement policy is quite simple and beneficial for both you, and the passionate, hard workers at East Coast TVs. If there is a problem with the merchandise from the start, that will be caught upon delivery. Upon delivery you, the customer will inspect and test your merchandise for any physical damage or defects. If you find your products to be damaged or defective in any way, the delivery may be refused and replacement merchandise will be shipped to you right away. If the item is delivered and it is not defective or damaged, you will be required to sign the delivery manifest which states the items were delivered in good and working condition. If you have a problem after the items are delivered and the delivery manifest has already been signed we cannot accept a return on the item. Being that the item does carry a full manufacturers warranty, you will be able to contact the manufacturer to have a service center perform repairs on your item. If the item cannot be repaired the manufacturer will replace the item for you. It is an advantage to be able to deal with the manufacturer regarding repairs or replacements because we know there is nobody who can be more familiar with the product other than the manufacturer. Your item may be returned within 5 business days of the delivery date. You may request an exchange or a refund. If you are requesting a refund a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. East Coast TVs will not be liable for any return shipping charges. If you would like to make a return, please call (866) 496-5784 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
