FANTASTIC TV FOR THE PRICE! May 7, 2013

I recommend going to the Samsung website to ensure you understand the features included. We have a 2010 7000 series that we've been very happy with. Probably wish we had gotten the 7100 for this year instead as there's not too much difference. Though we do LOVE the built in web browser. You have to get a bluetooth keyboard or you will throw something heavy at the TV. It's annoying to type using the "built in graphical keyboard" using that arrow thingie on the remote!

20 mins after online order, rep called. Couldn't use 2% coupon with credit card. STRONGLY upsold "white glove delivery". Got price to $80. Have to add insurance for $50. Added free HDMI cable. Delivered 2 weeks to the day after online order placed. White glove - guys bring it in, open box, plug in TV (they don't attach base stand), make sure it comes on, ask you to sign for it, then leave. Never read about one not working, so your best judgement on that.

Happy with TV.

The tv is very nice, the picture is very clear, plus the price on east cost  tv was cheaper by $700 from any store around me. Shipping took them 5 business days.

TV delivered as promised.  Delivery guys made sure it worked.  Set up was failry easy.  Getting all the adjustments just right for the picture takes some patience but it's worth the effort.  Fabulous picture and sound quality is better than many other reviews stated.  Would go back to East Coast again for a TV.
