Ordering processOrders may be placed online or by phone. A delivery address, billing address, contact phone number, email address and payment information are required. After your order is received, it will ship in one to two business days as long as the merchandise are in stock. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Somebody may be required to be at the delivery address to accept the delivery, see shipping.
Paying for my orderFor your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept checks by mail, wire transfers and money orders. You can pay for your order with multiple payment methods by placing that order over the phone. We do not accept electronic checks, PayPal, Google Wallet or other third-party payment systems and we presently do not offer financing on purchases.
This website features secure socket layer data transfer and credit card information is encrypted on our servers. This website abides by PCI-DSS rules and regulations. You may opt-out from having the website remember your credit card information by unchecking "Remember this card." during checkout. We also accept orders by phone.
We collect 7% sales tax on orders being delivered to New Jersey or Rhode Island.
We do not sell to resellers.
Shipping and deliveryNon-freight merchandise (including audio/video components, cameras, camcorders and minor appliances) will ship with common couriers like FedEx or USPS. When they do ship, you'll get an email with a tracking number. High value merchandise may require a signature upon delivery.
Freight-merchandise (including televisions and major appliances) will ship with a freight carrier. When they do ship, you'll get an email letting you know your order is on its way. Closer to your delivery date you'll either get a phone call or an email letting you know when to expect your delivery. Somebody must be at the delivery address to accept the delivery. These carriers do not deliver nationwide, therefore, we cannot fulfill orders for freight merchandise shipping to areas not shaded on this map. Express shipping takes 5-7 business days for freight merchandise. If your order is delayed, damaged or missing please call (908) 214-7110 for immediate assistance during normal business hours.
Product pricesPrices on our website are the absolute best we can offer at the moment and they change very often. For this reason, we do not protect prices on purchases (if the price of a product on your order changes after your order has shipped, we cannot adjust the price on your order). We generally cannot discount prices further than our website. Bulk purchases may qualify for some discounts, call (866) 496-5784. We can match or beat any verifiable competitor's price.
Tracking your orderTo track your order, go to your orders page. Locate the order you wish to track and click "View order." If your tracking numbers have posted, you'll see links to track your packages beneath your order status. If they have not posted, please make sure the two business day order processing period and the one business day tracking number posting period have elapsed and contact us.
Returning merchandiseDamaged televisions and appliances must be refused upon delivery. Once refused, we'll ship you replacement merchandise at no cost to you. Non-damaged televisions and appliances may be returned within five business days of receipt for a full credit.
Damaged merchandise that are not televisions or appliances may be returned within one business day of receipt for an exchange at no cost to you. Non-damaged merchandise that are not televisions or appliances may be returned within five business days for a full credit less two-way shipping of up to $30 each way.
All returns must be made in original, manufacturer packaging with all supplied accessories.
Refunds issued by us take five business days to be credited to your bank account.
