The warranty information was communicated to me promptly.
However, I don't like the terms for repair: "If a local service center is not available in your area, the unit must be returned to Mack Camera & Video Service for repair. Such on-site service will only be offered if your location is within a 25-mile radius of an authorized service center. In the case where a product falls outside of this designated radius, it will be the responsibility of the Program owner to arrange for transportation of the Covered Product to an authorized service center at his or her own cost." Since we live 40-60 miles from the nearest TV repair shops, THIS WARRANTY IS OF VERY LITTLE VALUE TO ME AND I PAID TOO MUCH FOR IT!!!!

Good deal. Probably not needed on an LED set. My old plasma set started failing at about 5 years old so I went for it.

Had to call them to make sure I was in their coverage area. Information card says in home service subject to distance from nearest office. This was not mentioned when service was offered.
