I had a great experience oredering my TV. I called to find out more and the man who helped me when the extra mile. The TV came on time and in perfect condition. The wall mount showed up as well. However, i ordered 2 HDMI cables which were somehow forgotten. So i called and the company said they would correct the problem. less than a week later (this past friday) i recieved 1 cable which works great! Unfortunately i will have to call again and ask for my other cable. I am sure they will get it right this time. The cable issue was a bit annoying BUT the savings on the TV compared to every other store i looked at was tremendous and well worth not being able to just drive down the road to fix the problem.
